What we collect
When you contact us via our enquiry form or email, we collect your name, email address, company name, and any project details you choose to share. We do not collect sensitive personal data.

Your information is used solely to respond to your enquiry and communicate about potential or ongoing projects. We do not sell, share, or pass your data to third parties for marketing purposes.
How long we keep your data
We retain contact and project information for as long as necessary to fulfil our working relationship and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at studio@hudsoncreative.agency.

Under UK GDPR and EU GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, please contact us directly.

These terms apply to all services provided by Hudson Creative and are governed by the laws of England and Wales
Project Acceptance
Work commences when you accept our written estimate or quotation by email, signed document, or purchase order. Our Terms & Conditions govern the project, not any conditions on your purchase order.
Design Charges & Payment
• Charges are set out in our written estimate or quotation
• A non-refundable 50% deposit is due before work commences
• The remaining 50% is due upon completion, before final file delivery or publication
• Outstanding invoices over 30 days incur late payment interest at the Bank of England Rate plus 8%
• Returned cheques incur a €50 administration fee
Source Files
We supply proofs, PDFs, and final graphic files as detailed in the project scope.
• Editorial source files (InDesign, raw layout files, etc.) remain the property of Hudson Creative and are not included in the project fee. These are not transferred to the client.
• Branding source files (Illustrator logo files, brand asset source files) may be transferred upon full payment and if agreed in the project agreement. This is subject to a separate buy-out charge unless otherwise stated.
If you require source files for transfer to another designer, this will be quoted separately.
Additional Work
Any work requested beyond the original scope will be quoted separately and becomes fully payable upon acceptance.
Copyright & Intellectual Property
• All design work remains the property of Hudson Creative until full payment is received
• Once paid, usage rights transfer to you as outlined in your project agreement
• If multiple design options are presented and one is chosen, only that solution fulfils the contract.
All other concepts remain our property unless agreed in writing in advance
Client-Provided Content
By supplying text, images, and data to us, you confirm you hold the appropriate copyright and/or trademark permissions. You indemnify Hudson Creative against any claims arising from content you provide.
Portfolio Rights
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Hudson Creative retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials.
Limitation of Liability
Hudson Creative accepts no liability for loss or damage arising from use of our work after delivery, or from reliance on website content. We are not liable for delays caused by client feedback or factors outside our control.
Default
An account is considered in default if unpaid for 30 days from the invoice date. Hudson Creative reserves the right to withhold final files and/or remove materials from systems until payment is received. This does not relieve you of the obligation to pay the due amount.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
